Overview SpeechWave is a speech-to-text transcription app. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

Speech & Audio Data All speech recognition is processed on your device using Apple's Speech framework. Your audio recordings and transcriptions are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not record or transmit your voice data
• We do not collect personal information
• We do not track your location
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs

Data Stored on Your Device

• Transcription notes you create
• App preferences and settings
• Subscription status (managed by Apple)

Subscriptions Purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Referral System Our referral system uses locally generated codes stored on your device. No personal data is collected or shared through referrals.

Biometric Authentication If you enable Face ID or Touch ID to protect your notes, biometric data is handled entirely by Apple's system. We never access or store biometric data.

Children's Privacy SpeechWave does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
